We also improve and maintain our products on a regular basis to provide a better experience.

Custom Development

Every custom development project starts with a strategy call.

Next, we prepare a written project plan before we write any code. This plan defines the project goals, features, and technical approach.

After that, we agree on the project scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables with the client. Both parties must approve these details before development begins.

Payments and Refunds

We process all payments in Indian Rupees (INR).

For Pro plugin purchases, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

However, custom development projects follow the payment and refund terms defined in the individual project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Our open-source plugins use the licence published on their respective WordPress.org pages, such as the GNU General Public License (GPL).

We deliver custom development work according to the ownership terms agreed in the project contract.

Unless we state otherwise, Harikrut Technolab owns all website content, branding, logos, graphics, and other materials available on harikrut.com.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep our website, plugins, and services reliable, secure, and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that they will always operate without errors, interruptions, or compatibility issues.

Therefore, Harikrut Technolab is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our website, plugins, or services.
